When connecting two Bluetooth headsets to the Windows system, one of them always has no sound.
Hi, this is a common limitation in Windows. When two Bluetooth audio devices are connected at the same time, Windows typically routes sound to only one “active” output, and many Bluetooth drivers don’t support sending audio to two headsets simultaneously.
A few things you can try:
In Settings → System → Sound, check which device is set as the Output when both are connected. Switching it there often restores audio.
Remove both devices, restart the PC, and pair them again in the opposite order.
Update the Bluetooth driver from Device Manager or your laptop manufacturer’s support page—some updates improve multi-device handling.
Windows still doesn’t support dual-headphone audio output natively, so one device dropping audio is expected unless third-party mixing hardware/software is used.
Hope this helps clarify what’s happening. If you need, I can help walk through the driver update steps.
