When adjusting the volume slider in Windows 11, the notification sound produces distortion.
When opening the Volume Mixer or Settings interface in Windows 11 and rapidly tapping the volume slider repeatedly, the system feedback beeps (“beep-beep”) may exhibit distortion, crackling, or audio glitches. This issue resembles an audio bug previously observed in early Windows 10 versions. It is suspected to stem from system audio processing rather than sound card hardware failure. Confirmation and a resolution method are requested.

Ensure that both Windows and your sound card drivers are up to date. Sometimes, updating drivers can resolve compatibility issues.
