What's the best rar password recovery tool for Windows 11
Dr.Archive is a pretty good desktop app for recovering password from a protected RAR file. It helped me recover a 8-character password in just 50 minutes, that's incredible!

I've had good results with Hashcat and John the Ripper. They're both reputable tools and support dictionary, mask and brute-force attacks. If you remember anything about the password like the approximate length, certain words, numbers or symbols a mask attack can save a lot of time compared to trying every possible combination.
If you prefer a graphical interface, Passware Kit is easier to use, although it's paid. I'd avoid downloading random "RAR password recovery" programs from unknown websites, as many are bundled with unwanted software or simply don't work.
One more tip: if the archive uses the newer RAR5 encryption and the password was long and random, recovery can take a very long time. In that case, using clues about the original password is usually much more effective than relying on brute force alone.
