What to do if iPad is disabled and says to connect to iTunes?
If your iPad is running iPadOS 15.2 or later and is connected to a cellular or Wi-Fi network, you might be able to reset it without a computer.
How to to fix iPad is disabled and says to connect to iTunes
Step 1: Keep entering the passcode until the "iPad Unavailable" or "Security Lockout" screen appears.
Step 2: Look for the "Forgot Passcode?" or "Erase iPad" button at the bottom of the screen.
Step 4: Tap it, then tap Start iPad Reset to confirm.
Step 4: Enter your Apple ID password to sign out of your account.
Step 5:Tap Erase iPad to permanently delete all your data and settings.
Step 6: Once it restarts, follow the onscreen instructions to set it up and restore your data from iCloud.
Important Notes:
Data Loss: Unless you have a backup in iCloud or on your computer, your data cannot be recovered. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorized access.
Activation Lock: After the reset, you will likely see an "Activation Lock" screen. You must enter the Apple ID and password originally linked to the device to unlock it.
