What should I do if Windows Explorer uses high CPU?
Hello, every time I start my laptop, the File Explorer occupies a very high CPU, but it returns to normal after restarting the File Explorer. Many methods found online didn't work. What should I do? Is there a solution? I don't want to keep restarting the File Explorer.

Restart Windows Explorer in Task Manager (end explorer.exe and then restart it), and check for resource usage caused by third-party shell extensions (such as compression software/cloud storage).
