What is the best method for facebook reels download?

Windows 11 does not have a built-in tool for this. 

Screen Recording is the universal approach for downloading facebook reels videos as far as i know.

When all else fails, or if the Reel has complex audio (like licensed music that downloaders can't grab), use your device's built-in screen recorder.

iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings > Control Center > Add "Screen Recording”. Then swipe down from the top-right corner to access it.

Android: Swipe down your notification shade—most modern Android phones have a "Screen Recorder" tile. If not, you can find many apps on the Play Store.

Windows/Mac: Press Win + G on Windows to open the Game Bar, or use a tool like OBS Studio (free and powerful) on either platform.

Pros:

Guaranteed to work on any video, anywhere.

No need for internet tools or apps.

Cons:

Quality is limited by your screen's resolution.

May capture UI elements (like the like button, your battery indicator).
