I have tried to use the Xbox Game Bar that comes with Windows to record Facebook videos. Although it is not a direct download, it is indeed quite simple. Open the video, then press Windows + G to call out the Game Bar, click the screen recording button, and directly record the playback process of the video. After recording, the video will be automatically saved to the computer. Although the image quality is not as clear as that of direct download, it is completely sufficient for some ordinary needs.
