When it comes to playing Blu-ray disc videos, This 8K Blu-ray DVD player does not offer native support out of the box due to the complex encryption methods (like AACS and BD+) used on most Blu-ray discs.

Step 1: First, download and install the latest version of Kodi from the official Kodi website. Once installed, you need to add support for Blu-ray decryption.

Step 2: Download the appropriate libaacs.dll for your system (ensure you select the correct 32-bit or 64-bit version corresponding to your Kodi installation) and place it in Kodi's installation folder (usually C:\Program Files\Kodi\).

Step 3: Insert your Blu-ray disc into your computer’s optical drive. Open Kodi and navigate to the “Videos” section from the home screen. Select “Files” and then click on “Add videos…”. In the dialog box, choose “Browse” and locate the drive letter associated with your Blu-ray disc.

Step 4: After selecting it, Kodi will prompt you to set content type and scan for media.

Step 5: After starting playback, you may need to adjust Kodi's video settings (such as resolution, deinterlacing, or hardware acceleration) for optimal performance. If the Blu-ray menus do not work as expected or you encounter playback issues, check Kodi’s log files for error messages related to libaacs or decryption.

P.S. All high definite videos, 4K videos and 8K videos are supported by this Blu-Ray player on Windows 11 and Windows 10.
