What do you Call the overflow menu?
The overflow button when there are several (too many) applications open? Like here:
If so I don't see it, apart from changing the weather forecast in this case, or everything before the Start button.
Otherwise, find a larger screen.

Enable the Merge Taskbar Buttons option in Taskbar settings or resize the taskbar to display all open application icons.
