Weird Advertisement in the Lock Screen Windows 11

So I was customizing my Lock Screen and turning off Windows Spotlight when I noticed this weird advertisement at the bottom of my Lock Screen. I can’t seem to find an options to remove it. What is this and why is it on the Dev channel build? Is there a way I can remove it? It looks like some weird kind of adware except nothing happens when I click it.
