W11 Windows Defender need app from MS store

Hi,

bought new computer with W11 and this problem is there .. been trying to fix that for like 2 months now on internet, nothing is working ... still cannot open anything from windows defender and i need to disable virus protection ..

it keeps deleting my files because it believes its virus .. but its not ..
