W11 (KB5079473) (26200.8037) Something strange when moving or copying file, see attached picture

Since a few days i get the following, as shown in the picture, when moving or copying a file with the right or left mouse button (see picture on the left):

This is not normal behaviour. Then sometimes after i restart the PC, it goes like it should. (see picture on the right) Somebody else has this? What could be wrong?

    Is it a visual glitch? A missing menu? A freeze? An error message?

    Uninstall the KB5079473 update and restart your computer to restore the normal drag-and-drop menu.

    It appears that you're experiencing an issue when moving or copying files using the right or left mouse button, and the problem is illustrated in the picture you mentioned.
