W10 I can't use apps

Permissions have been changed and I can't open any apps downloaded from the store. 

Version 21H2 (Compilación de SO 19044.2006)

    What exactly happens when you try to open the apps? Any error message you see?

    Can you share if you've made any permission changes yourself?

    It's not wait -> uninstall this update, I have on many computers the same version and everything works, so it's an individual problem.
