VPN connection is not automatically connecting after waking computer from sleep

When I put my PC to sleep, VPN connection is disconnected and when I wake it up, it stays disconnected. Windows should automatically reconnect it. this is a security issue and important concern, I don't want non-VPN (direct) connections.
