Virtual Windows Desktops other than 1 doesnt respond on desktop

This problem appeared today. As I logged in to the computer I did all the upgrades. Only Asus updates were installed. Now only Desktop 1 responds to mouse input, click, right click. The Icons cannot be choosed or clicked. Desktop 1 works OK, but other than it doesnt work. I got it working for a while but now its not responding anymore. Tried to boot the computer few times and I created desktops again. I also did DISM and SFC scans, nothing broken were found.
