Version 1709 Build 16299.19 Video driver from 2006!

After this update my video driver was switched from the Radeon Mobility to a generic MS driver dated in 2006! it does not have the right aspect ratios available so everything displays in a stretched out manner. The Graphics card is an AMD ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 4650, v.8.65, A01 I downloaded the driver from Dell, (it's an older dell studio 17) And it seemed to install but nothing has changed. the properties for video still say "Microsoft basic display driver" Version 10.0.16299.15 6/21/2006
