Using a local account on Windows 11
Does Windows update let let you download updates in Windows 11 if you don't use a Microsoft account and opt for a local account?

Hello,
Yes, Windows 11 allows you to download and install updates even if you only use a local account and have not set up a Microsoft account.
Security-, Function- and Driverupdates will be available.
Only for Microsoft Store (and apps), Onedrive and Office 365 a Microsoft Account is needed.
