User OOBE Broker constantly runs in task manager without closing, no malware was detcted but I am wondering what this could be and how to fix it or if it is normal.
If it’s constantly running and not closing, it can sometimes be a sign of something weird or just a glitch. Since you checked for malware and found nothing, it’s probably just a bug or a background process that’s stuck.
