usb 2.0 not work on the new Lenovo laptop after installed pre-window 11

Is it because the usb driver is not compatible ? how to check? I have already checked the driver from lenovo but don;t know what driver should be......

My laptop is : ideapad 3 AMD Rzen 7 12 G 512 SSD
