Upgrade from Windows 11 Beta to final

Hello together,

i will upgrade from Win11 Beta to the final version without loose all

my Programs. For this i leave the Windows Insider channel, but when i go

settings/windows update it says "You are up to date". What can i do to install the final

without loss all my installed Sofware?
