Updates not installing
So I've been trying to install the latest preview update - Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Insider Preview (10.0.26120.4520) (KB5060834) for quite some time, but the updates are not being installed. What could be the issue?
Also the emoji bar (opened by F1 key) isn't working & the clipboard (opened by clicking Windows Key + V) isn't working. Could this be related to the updates? If anyone could guide me, it would be helpful! TIA!

Since you're on a preview build, some features may not work perfectly, and issues could be resolved in future updates. Keep an eye on official channels for patches.
Even the patches aren't installing. That is my core issue.
It seems a network issue. Please reboot the router and computer.
