Update issue (KB5043145)

Good morning.

We recently had users reporting that the Details Panel disappeared in the latest Windows update (KB5043145). I uninstalled the last update and it actually worked again.

The panel I'm referring to is in the attached image.

I tried looking for options via Regedit to reactivate it, but without success.
