Update from Windows Insider Release Preview 24H2 to DEV channel
I'm trying to switch from the Windows Insider Release Preview (24H2) to the DEV channel, but I'm having trouble figuring out the process. I've tried searching for instructions online, but I'm not sur...
To switch from the Release Preview channel to the Dev channel, you'll need to use the Microsoft Edge browser and the Windows Insider Program settings page. Here's a step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Open Microsoft Edge and navigate to the Windows Insider Program settings page: www.microsoft.com/en-us/insider
Step 2: Click on the "Get started" button and sign in with your Microsoft account (the same one you use for your Windows 10/11 account).
Step 3: Once signed in, click on the "Windows Insider Program" tab.
Step 4: Click on the "Edit" button next to "Your update settings".
Step 5: In the "Update settings" window, select "Dev Channel" from the dropdown menu under "Edition".
Click "Save changes" to confirm your selection.
