Are you facing this issue with other updates too?
Have you checked your system date and time and time zone?

      Try open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
      Open start and search for cmd or Command prompt and right click and run it as administrator and then type the following command:

      sfc /scannow

      Press enter and let it runs.

        I did all this, I even turned off and then turned on the update center and it doesn't help
