unlinking from insider program still receives Win11 Insider Preview builds

Hello, I've been experiencing this issue for the past 4 weeks I am still receiving and having a pending update/upgrade to an insider preview build of Windows 11 even after opting out of the Insider Program and unlinking my account and device from it. I had to pause updates ever since then, I have downgraded my device back to its original Win 10 2H22 as it was much more stable but the update keeps on forcing it if I don't pause updates.

    There is a suggestion in the link, which is a solution - which always works.

      I already set "Stop Insider Preview Builds" from it nearly a month ago from now, left the insider program then opted my email/pc out from the program after that, which then followed by unlinking my account from it lastly.
