Unable to update Windows, and I am unable to unroll the system too
The 99% update and “queued for unenrollment” are separate states. Queued means Windows will leave the Insider track when the installed channel reaches a compatible public build; it does not immediately downgrade the PC. Leave the device connected to power and allow the update several hours, because feature builds can remain at 99% while finalizing. If progress never changes, restart once, run the Windows Update troubleshooter, confirm adequate free space, and check for updates again. Run winver and note the build and channel. On Beta or Release Preview, keep “Stop getting preview builds” enabled until a production build is offered. On Dev or Canary, or if battery drain makes waiting impractical, back up files and clean-install current public Windows 11 media. That is the supported immediate route to stable Windows. Save the BitLocker recovery key and activation status first, since reinstallation removes apps and can erase data.
