unable to update windows 10 Insider preview to my PC

My PC currently running on windows 10 Version 1809 build 18298.1000

when ever i update my system get rollback/ Revert back to previous version at update process after completing 27%  this issue for past 6 months. 

Give it solution for the issues.

    Hi, this method works, I always use it since the last previous fast ring builds are having problems installing through Windows update:

    use this website: https://uupdump.ml/known.php
    select your build number
    select language and click next
    select the right edition and click next
    then click on "download using aria2 and convert"
    after that extract files to a folder and run the "aria2_download_windows.cmd" file.
    wait for it to finish, once it's done it will create a complete and official ISO files which you can use to install your next Windows insider build without any problems.

    That is definitely way back there.  Without seeing the logs, it's hard to say what is causing it.  Have you tried using the latest ISO to update to the latest build?
