Unable to update Windows 10 Insider Preview 17063.1000 (rs_prerelease)

Hi,
This code refers to a possible driver issue, please refer to c:\windows\panther\setuperr.log & setupact.log to find out which driver is blocking your upgrade, if possible remove / update the driver / software for the upgrade
(if you get an access denied error on the logfile, just copy the files somewhere before opening them)

Agreed. So far, everything else I've tried is working. Hoping each successive prerelease version continues to get more stable.

I have updated all of my drives using Advanced System Care and I have tried everything else I have heard of even a system reset with no resolve :( Next steps include a deep cleaning and possible virus removal though I don't suspect that is the issue. I have looked at the logs and it's all greek to me. It looks like it stalls somewhere around "*FAILED* [800706B5] WUTaskManager couldn't register scheduled start task"

Understood -- I was thrilled to get 17093 working, as I was NOT looking forward to having to do a clean install and reinstall all my apps. Have to be sure to keep Windows.Old in good working condition going forward, and keep lots of restore points.

I am hoping not to have to make any attempts to monkey wrench it though as I can hardly warrant the effort at the moment. I still think Microsoft needs to be a little more responsive to this issue or at least respond to our concerns on this thread. Happy to hear it's working for you guys though! :)
