Unable to update due to having no access to settings

Have checked around to try to update the version i am on but no luck , Also says needs framework 4.0 or above and says its only got V3.0 . Have tried installing it to  V 4.8.1 but will not let me as its in the windows version i have . Build 26100.8370 running windows 11 home addition Also expires on 12/8/2026
