unable to unenroll device in insider program

The Windows Insider settings panel indicates my device is set up to receive Insider Preview builds.  My Insider settings says I am in the Beta Channel and I can't unenroll my device from the program.

 

I attached a screen shot of my computer's Windows 11 Insider settings panel and a screen shot of my Windows 11 version in About.  I'm stumped as to how to unenroll so that I may reenroll using a different channel.

 

Any ideas?

    No matter what I do I cannot unenroll from the Windows insider 11 program 

    It keeps saying none of my emails is registered and I am having some real issues with Outlook crashing 

    Help anyone
