I just downloaded some registry files and installed it.
Boom!!!!! my update issue solved.

- JavveAug 27, 2021Copper ContributorThe bug here is basically that win10 does not recognize that you no longer want to upgrade to win11 even though you have unregistered and left the program.
So the solution I suggested basically stops win10 from wanting to upgrade the system to win11 due to the fact that the system no longer fulfills all requirements to be eligible. One of those requirements was that you share diagnostic data with microsoft. So if you say you have stopped this sharing and windows 10 still wants to upgrade you then you could maybe try removing another requirement like disabling TPM in UEFI/bios.

JavveI have found a way to stop the download. I disable the Preview Builds Policy by using Local Group Policy Editor. And now My Update is clean. It doesn't download Windows 11 everytime i check for new Update.
