Unable to save Word documents after I make changes/edits
Recently Word will not allow me to save changes or edits I make to a document. I receive an error message, "word cannot start the converter html32.cnv" and I have to go to the Task Manger to end the task/close the document. Anybody else having this problem? What can be done to correct this? I am unable to make any changes to any work I currently have in progress. I was told to expect an update in October which may address this problem, but I can not afford to wait that long.

I am having the same problem, Some of my docs are older Word 6.0 and later It will let me pull them up but they are protected or I cannot save the edits. I too have deadlines, I can't wait until October updates.
I'm disappointed I just didn't stay with my former version of MS Office. This has been a nightmare.
