Unable to reset windows
Windows Security Doesn't open up. Even Windows Reset doesn't work

I don't know. It just shows "undoing changes". and gives me my old PC back, Same with "Uninstall feature/New updates" It says your "PC ran into an error".
And also "Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage" this doesn't help
