Unable to reset my PC

Hi Insider Community,

Hope you are doing great!

So I tried to reset my PC from the recovery options menu and selected reset my PC. It opens a permission window then asks for keep my files or delete my files options where I selected keep my files.

This shows an error saying you files could be modified by some else which seems strange and I couldn't reset my PC.

Please find the attached screenshot for the issue.
