Unable to Re-enable Smart App Control After Disabling It in Windows 11 - Any Solutions?

I temporarily disabled Smart App Control to mount an ISO file but now find it impossible to turn it back on. Is there any method to resolve or bypass this restriction?

Attempting to bypass security features like Smart App Control can expose your system to risks. Proceed with caution, and only disable or bypass SAC if you are confident about the sources of your applications and files.

Smart App Control (SAC) is a security feature in Windows 11 designed to prevent the execution of untrusted or potentially harmful applications. If you've temporarily disabled it to mount an ISO file and now find it difficult to turn it back on.
