Unable to order on Amazon or Walmart

I am unable to order on those sites.  On Walmart selection do not go into cart despite trying many selections.  On Amazon, when I make a selection the window inside browser goes black.

Other sites to work normally although I have not tried to order elsewhere.

I have scanned with Avast and C-Cleaner and they say system is clean.
