Unable to open folders on Windows PC
I'm asking for your help because I can no longer open my folders, and I have a message saying that the explorer has stopped working. Can anyone help me please.

Restart your computer and press F8 or Shift + F8 during startup (or follow Windows recovery options) to boot into Safe Mode. In Safe Mode, try opening your folders to see if the issue persists.
If the problem started recently, restoring Windows to a previous restore point might help. Go to Control Panel > Recovery > Open System Restore and follow the prompts.
Go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery. Under Reset this PC, click Get started. Choose Keep my files to repair without losing personal data.
Run a full system scan with Windows Defender or your preferred antivirus software.
