Unable to install microsoft store applications

I am unable to install certain applications while under the Windows Insider Program. The one I am interested in is:
Minecraft for Windows
But it gives me Error Code: 0x80073D0D

I have attempted many fixes by myself, contacted both Xbox and Microsoft support, and have been unsuccessful in fixing this issue after 12 hours of troubleshooting. Any and all help is appreciated.
