Unable to install latest KB update for Windows 11 insider build 26120.3872
Hello. I'm unable to install the latest update on the beta channel of the Windows insider program. Every time I try to install it, I get an error that says Install error - 0x800f0983 and it fails. Can anyone help me out? I've already contacted Microsoft, who asked me to restart the BITS service, the Cryptographic service, Windows installer and Windows update, which for some reason, I had to start. I also started the Windows insider service from services.msc, where I was told to go, but still no luck, even after restarting my computer which still works fine.
One final thing, I'm using a Screenreader because I'm blind, meaning I can't see, so if you give me images to follow, please tell me what's in them, I'd appreciate it a lot.

First, run the Windows Update troubleshooter in Settings. Then manually download and install the KB patch from the Microsoft website. If the issue persists, use an administrator Command Prompt to enter DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth. You can also reset the update components. Finally, turn off preview updates and switch to the Beta or Release channel.
I have tried all of these and even uninstalled windows 11 and reinstalled it and still update won’t go through
