Unable to install KB4601319 on a Surface Book Pro Error 0x800f0905

Hello,

I have been unable to install KB4601319 on my Surface Book Pro.  I am receiving an 0x800f0905 error.  I have done all of the usual Windows Update Fixes and System Image Checks, including cleaning up the cache.  

Has anyone else experienced problems installing this update?  I am on the Beta Channel for Windows.
