Unable to download Windows 11 ISO file

I have a problem downloading Windows 11 as an ISO file and I asked support for help and they referred me here
Error code : 715-123130 and a801c803-669b-4dc7-a1ff-734918edb804
- what are you using for downloading the ISO

You may access MS offical site and following those steps to download Windows 11 ISO file.
Ive managed to download an ISO file trought downloading Media Creation Tool.
Create Windows 11 Installation Media
Click 'Download', open app and select ISO.
