Unable to control iphone from mac via iphone mirroring app
Checking your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections is a necessary step to control iphone from mac wirelessly, but this only resolves basic connection issues and cannot address deeper system or compatibility problems.
Ensure your iPhone and Mac are on the same network and maintain a stable Bluetooth connection; these are essential for the wireless control feature to function properly.
First, confirm that both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Wi-Fi and note the network name.On your Mac, click the Wi-Fi icon in the menu bar and verify that the network name matches the one on your iPhone.
Next, reset Bluetooth on both devices. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Bluetooth, turn it off, wait 5 seconds, then turn it back on.On your Mac, go to System Preferences > Bluetooth, turn it off, wait a moment, then turn it back on.
This process does not directly enable you to control iphone from mac wirelessly; it merely prepares the connection for features like Universal Control or Continuity.
This is intended only for users who need to troubleshoot basic connection issues before setting up wireless control.
If you prefer to avoid complex troubleshooting, you can try this method. This is only a basic solution; if the problem persists, you should check other system requirements.
