TTRYING TO GET OUT OF ISNIDER PROGRAM
After getting insider updates i faced some issues on my pc and i tired to remove me from isider program nut after clicking 'leave this program' link it show my email is not associated with it but in seeting >isider program same email is linnked there .Please help me to get oout od isider program .

I understand your problem, but you need to know that unregistering - does not install -> stable version of Windows, please explain what version of insider you currently have?
Do you want to lower the channel or do you want to have a stable Windows?
Deleted i want stable windows. current version 23h2

If you follow this step and do not reconnect -> an insider account on this device - then you will only receive public updates, but you will lose your personal files, settings and applications that need to be reinstalled
