Trying to quit 'Insider'

If you want to leave the Insider Program, the primary way to do this is through the Windows Settings app. Since you mentioned there is no "Leave Insider" option in Windows Update, make sure to follow these steps:
- Go to Settings: Press Windows + I to open the Settings app.
- Navigate to Update & Security: Click on "Update & Security."
- Windows Insider Program Tab: Here, you should see an option for "Windows Insider Program" on the left.
- Click on it.
- Leave the Program: If you see the option "Stop getting preview builds" or "Leave the Insider Program," you can select that. If the option isn’t there, that may indicate you're on a different channel.
