Trying to join windows insider but stuck in a loop at step 1, “review agreements”

Question

For whatever bizarre reason, I’m unable to join the insiders program because when I click continue, it loads for a moment, and then pops up the exact same window. Does this infinitely. Have restarted the app, rebooted windows, made sure everything else is up to date. Anybody know of a fix for this? Windows 11.

You can completely exit the Windows Insider Program in Settings, then re-register after restarting and choose a new channel.

I have the same problem. I closed the settings control panel and re-opened it, got stuck at the same place.
