Trying to figure out the cause of the freeze

Earlier today, I encountered an issue after bringing my laptop out of airplane mode. some of system began to freeze intermittently, which I initially assumed was just a temporary hiccup after waking from sleep.

As part of my usual routine, I attempted to switch from Wi-Fi to a wired connection by disabling Wi-Fi. However, it didn’t respond — neither the Wi-Fi nor the Bluetooth network connections were functioning. I also noticed that the sound icon in the taskbar was completely disabled, the audio services may have been affected as well.

By attempting to do a normal restart, I noticed it was taking longer than expected and it kept spinning . The system only recovered after I performed a hard reset.
I am looking into the event logs to help understand the situation and see what it captured during that short timeframe until restarted at 8:48.50AM,

Could someone please assist with reviewing the log files related to the issue I experienced earlier today

Press Win+R, type perfmon /relto view the System Reliability Report, or use Event Viewer to filter critical error logs. If there are driver issues, press Win+X, open Device Manager, and roll back the graphics card/chipset drivers.
