Whew, glad you caught it! Yeah, it's a huge pain—BIOS updates almost always reset everything to default. For anyone else in this boat, you just need to reboot, spam the DEL or F2 key to get back into your BIOS, and manually re-enable UEFI Mode and fTPM/PTT under the security settings.
