Troubleshooting virtual box while installing W11

Hey,

Need some help!

We were hoping to upgrade to windows 11. However, my system is not allowing the upgrade unless we uninstall virtual box which we don't have in our system. What should we do. We tried restarting the computer and clearing out and checking virtual box things. Still its not allowing the upgraded.

We are getting alert the system will shut down if the upgrade is not completed within a time frame.

Please help
