Trouble Upgrading to Windows 11

Hi, 

I have been trying to upgrade to Windows 11 for a couple of days now. I went to Insider Program and signed up for it. However, when I get started and link an account, it's only showing one option (Check attached screenshot). There are no options for beta, and dev channels. I did the same process on my brother and sister account, and it worked fine. I don't know if I am missing something. Someone help please.

    They may have shut down new signups since they announced the release date. The insider program is designed for them to get feedback on beta and dev releases, they probably have hordes of people now adding nothing but wanting a free upgrade trying to sign up.
