If force restarting doesn't work, check if the screen is damaged or abnormal. If the screen is intact but it still doesn't work, it may be a system problem. It is recommended to connect to a computer and restore the system with iTunes to see if it can be fixed. If it doesn't work, you may need to send it to an Apple store for inspection. It may be a hardware problem.

After updating to iOS 17, my iPhone 11 touch screen not working. My first reaction was to check if there were any system patches, because sometimes there will be some minor bugs when a new version is released. Sure enough, a few days later, Apple launched an update patch, and I quickly upgraded it, and the problem did improve a little.
If the upgrade still doesn't work, downgrading to the previous system version is actually a solution. I tried to downgrade back to iOS 16, and the screen problem disappeared immediately, and the phone returned to normal.
